**Job Description** Paquetería de Autotransportes de Carga Tresguerras is seeking a **Warehouse Assistant** to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting the receipt, dispatch, and coordination of goods, ensuring accurate registration and supervision of shipments. **Warehouse Assistant – Tresguerras Parcel Service** **Location:** Guadalajara **Employment Type:** Full-time **Schedule:** * Morning Shift: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, and Saturdays from 7:00 am to 12:00 pm **Key Responsibilities** * Report shipments lacking documentation to the supervisor for control and tracking. * Coordinate unloading operations with operational staff (palletizers and forklift operators). * Assist in the receipt and dispatch of goods. * Supervise and monitor tasks performed by assigned personnel. **Requirements** * Minimum of **1 year** of experience in a similar or related position. * Professional, friendly attitude with willingness to serve customers. * Experience supervising staff. * Age: **25 to 40 years**. **We Offer** * Starting salary: **$15,100.00 gross monthly**. * **Monthly bonus** for achievement of objectives. * **Direct employment contract** with the company. * **Statutory benefits** from day one. * **Meal vouchers:** 10%. * **Savings fund:** 9%. * **Credit union savings:** 5% to 10%.
