Quality Clerk 1.\- Ensure that each operation is executed according to the client's specifications. 2.\- Ensure that critical operations comply with the use of safety devices and that these devices are functioning correctly. 3.\- Monitor the proper performance of quality personnel assigned to each area. 4.\- Ensure that procedures and work instructions are correctly followed. 5.\- Ensure control of nonconforming product as well as its disposition. 6.\- Validate that all equipment operates according to established parameters. * Ensure inspection areas on all lines are covered throughout the entire shift. * Ensure inspections are performed on time during line startups and that hourly checks are completed in accordance with production rate. * Release first piece validation. * Responsible for releasing operations at least twice per shift when non-primary operators are working. * Ensure all quality-related records are properly completed within established timeframes; responsible for collecting these records and delivering them for indexing. * Ensure material fed into documented machines matches the current part number and revision level. * Ensure operations designated as CC (Critical Control) are operating according to specifications, data is recorded accurately, and safety devices are not bypassed or altered. * Audit line processes and validate specific stitching by documenting readings, and maintain master samples updated to the latest engineering level and in good condition. * Release all decorative machines to ensure threads are of correct color and gauge. * Ensure all poka\-yokes and fixtures function properly, are not altered, and are not tampered with.
