Metal-mechanical company located in Valle de Chalco seeks a **PRODUCTION MANAGER** **REQUIREMENTS** * Age 30–50 years. * Gender: Unrestricted. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in production control and administration within the metal-mechanical sector. * Knowledge of cutting, bending, punching, and similar processes. * Proficiency in PC use (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, email, ERP systems) is mandatory. * Education: **Industrial, Mechanical, Electromechanical Engineering, or related field.** * Important: Complete and up-to-date documentation required. * Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standard. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Planning, development, and monitoring of an operational work plan aligned with production orders. * Creating production schedules—including production timelines and staff shifts—to ensure timely delivery (prioritization). * Reducing waste, optimizing time, and maximizing utilization of material and human resources within the department. * Evaluating staff performance and motivating employees to achieve higher productivity and commitment. * Making decisions regarding production processes, materials and supplies, machinery operation, and operator performance. * Reporting departmental performance indicators to Management. **ESSENTIAL QUALITIES:** * Strong verbal communication skills * Responsible * Organized * Effective communication * Authority * Results-oriented work approach **WORK SCHEDULE** Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM; Saturdays: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM Availability and salary negotiable during interview, based on qualifications and experience.
