




**Driving and Logistics:** * Drive vehicles (manual and automatic) safely and efficiently, following optimized routes. * Comply with all traffic laws and road signs. * Manage time effectively to meet delivery schedules. **Shipment Handling:** * Pick up, sort, and deliver packages, documents, or other items. * Ensure the integrity and good condition of shipments during transit. * Load and unload goods—often heavy—and place them according to customer instructions. * Obtain recipient signatures and handle delivery receipts. **Administration and Communication:** * Review orders and delivery documents (invoices, packing slips). * Collect payment for goods when required. * Communicate with customers and supervisors regarding incidents or delays. **Vehicle Maintenance:** * Keep the vehicle clean. * Conduct routine inspections and maintenance, reporting any malfunctions. **Customer Service:** * Interact professionally with customers at the delivery point. * Demonstrate customer service skills, honesty, and discretion. Required Skills * Knowledge of parts for fifth-wheel tractor-trailers and dry vans * Familiarity with the local area. * Ability to work independently and under pressure. * Valid driver’s license and experience driving manual vehicles.
