Education Level: Civil Engineering, Architecture, Administration, or related field Experience: Minimum 3 years in construction processes and quality compliance Competencies: Auditing / flagging / reporting and escalating issues / verifying corrective actions have been taken / preventing waste Technical Skills: Knowledge of construction processes (foundations, masonry, concrete pouring, finishes, etc.) / Basic interpretation of drawings and technical specifications / On-site quality control (checklists, tests, tolerances) / Identification of waste and poor practices / Physical progress tracking vs. project schedule / Preparation of technical reports and photographic evidence / Basic knowledge of construction regulations / Excel proficiency / audit reports / Continuous Improvement methodologies Soft Skills: Critical observation to detect what others miss / Firm and objective character / Clear and direct communication / Integrity (zero omissions) / Attention to detail / Analytical ability / Problem-solving orientation Salary: $20,000\.00 \- $25,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
