




Job Summary: Oversee document management, plan audits, lead continuous improvement, and ensure regulatory compliance and staff training. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead document management and record control for the Integrated Management System (IMS). 2. Plan and implement internal and external certification audits. 3. Identify nonconformities and lead corrective and preventive actions. * **Document Management:** Supervise the creation, updating, and control of IMS documents and records. * **Audits and Inspections:** Plan and implement internal audits and manage external certification audits. * **Continuous Improvement:** Identify nonconformities, analyze root causes, and lead corrective and preventive actions. * **Regulatory Compliance:** Ensure compliance with legal requirements and ISO standards such as ISO 9001, 14001, 27001, etc. * **Training:** Coordinate staff training on safety, quality, and environmental management topics. * **KPIs:** Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for processes.
