




**Training** * Degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Maintenance Engineering **Responsibilities** * Development, coordination, and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance programs for Service Stations * Periodic inspection of service stations to identify opportunities for improvement and defects * Management and control of physical and digital inventory of assets and materials * Monitoring of departmental key performance indicators (KPIs) * Development of improvement proposals and projects to be implemented by the department **Skills** * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Preferred: Knowledge of STPS Official Mexican Standards (NOMs) related to the gasoline retail industry. * Personnel management. * Budget preparation. * Technical diagnosis. * Document analysis and organization.
