




**Quality and Regulatory Manager** **Plant located in Durango, Dgo.** **Profile:** · Education: Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering or related field · Experience: 4 years verifiable experience · Experience in perishable food industries. **Knowledge:** · Knowledge of the **Meat** sector or **Perishable Food** industries. · Development and implementation of quality controls · HACCP system · Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP) · Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) · Quality management system **Responsibilities:** · Ensure that procedures, monitoring activities, and forms comply with applicable Official Regulations. · Prepare required TIF documentation packages for export · Manage and follow up on inspections conducted by federal inspection agencies and address TIF system deviations. · Comply with regulatory requirements for obtaining export certifications to different countries. · Develop and implement the establishment's food safety plans (HACCP). · Ensure necessary processes for the quality and food safety management system are established, implemented, and maintained · Verify GMP compliance throughout the plant, both at product and production area levels · Establish quality requirements for suppliers regarding raw material procurement **We Offer:** · Competitive salary · Statutory benefits · Additional company benefits Job Type: Full-time Salary: $20,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite contract * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site
