Durango, MX, Mexico \| Assembly \& Test Operations #### **Job Description** * Monitor progress and ensure operations are carried out efficiently and in accordance with the production plan. * Identify and resolve operational issues in collaboration with the production team and other departments. * Implement and follow plans to achieve the growth and cost-reduction goals set by management. * Supervise and optimize resource utilization to improve efficiency and reduce waste. * Assist in managing and adhering to the budgets and expenses established for the production area. * Participate in the selection and hiring process for production personnel required to meet operational objectives. * Supervise and evaluate the performance of the production team, identifying areas for improvement and training needs. * Coordinate and optimize training programs to ensure personnel are adequately trained and up-to-date in their roles. * Ensure all operations comply with established safety and quality standards. * Collaborate with Quality Control and Engineering departments to implement improvements and resolve issues.
