




Position Summary: Advise healthcare professionals on maternal and infant nutrition, identifying their needs and building brand loyalty to Nestlé. Key Highlights: 1. Identification of business opportunities and commercial strategies **Location:** Durango. **Objective:** Provide advisory services on maternal and infant nutrition to healthcare professionals, analyzing and identifying their specific needs and establishing short-, medium-, and long-term brand loyalty relationships. **A Day in the Life of…** * Conduct in-person medical visits and digital platform engagements to identify, address, and deliver solutions from our nutritional portfolio tailored to the specific needs of healthcare professionals, their patients, their environment, and market trends—aligned with established communication channels—by applying the Effective Engagement Skills (EES) medical visit technique and digital communication competencies, aiming to provide solutions through Nestlé’s multivitamins, infant formulas, and infant foods. Collaborate across all hospital departments or services and their respective contacts to ensure product availability when breastfeeding is not possible. * Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our portfolio and competitors, as well as expertise in maternal and infant nutrition across various required scenarios (e.g., clinics, medical sessions, congresses, talks, roundtables with HCPs), using approved materials, digital platforms, and medical visit activities aligned with the NiN business unit, highlighting the impact of nutrition during the first 1,000 days of life. Additionally, recommend appropriate product indications aligned with physicians’ requirements and/or patients’ signs and symptoms. * Understand and monitor potential physical and e-commerce sales points (independent pharmacies, pharmacy chains, supermarkets, grocery stores), analyzing product distribution and availability, and identifying, segmenting, and executing strategies for golden stores to minimize competitor activities—enabling healthcare professionals to reliably offer our nutritional solutions as alternatives to their clients and thereby increasing demand and movement of Nestlé’s multivitamins and infant products. * Identify opportunities and develop strategies by leveraging relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers at public or private hospital institutions, detecting centralized and decentralized essential drug lists within the sector under responsibility, and presenting, promoting, and managing the inclusion of Nestlé’s nutritional solutions in such institutions—serving as the primary advisors to healthcare professionals on maternal and infant nutrition to generate demand and ensure proper positioning of our products. * Address consumer complaints regarding multivitamins, formulas, and infant foods through personal visits, clarifying concerns or appropriately escalating issues to the relevant department—aiming to build consumer confidence in products recommended by healthcare professionals, in alignment with the company’s ethical business conduct. **What Will Make You Successful…** * Experience in medical detailing. * Commercial experience with portfolio management. * Experience in pharmaceutical or laboratory settings. * Degree in Nutrition, Medical-Biological Sciences, Food Engineering, Biology, or other university degrees. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI.
