**Position: Zone Manager** **Area: Commercial Management** **Position Objective** **Ensure achievement of sales, profitability, and operational targets within a specific geographic zone.** **The Zone Manager is responsible for leading their team, coordinating efforts among stores, supervisors, and other key areas, as well as implementing commercial strategies and campaigns aligned with PPG Comex and company initiatives.** **Position Profile** **We seek a Responsible, Honest individual with values that contribute to the organization.** **Education:** **Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or related field.** **Experience:** **Minimum 5 years in commercial roles managing multi-site or territorial teams, preferably in retail or distribution.** **Required Skills:** * **Leadership and management of multidisciplinary teams** * **Analysis of commercial and financial data** * **Results-oriented mindset** **Key Responsibilities** * **Ensure achievement of sales budgets for each store within the zone, driving year-on-year growth.** * **Supervise, develop, and monitor the performance of store supervisors and their operational staff.** * **Implement and monitor commercial, promotional, and marketing campaigns in coordination with the PPG Comex team.** * **Identify business opportunities and development potential within the zone (new locations, key customers, alternative channels).** * **Monitor and control key store performance indicators (KPIs): sales, average transaction value, number of customers, goal attainment, etc.** * **Ensure proper operational functioning of stores, resolving incidents and guaranteeing compliance with internal policies.** * **Coordinate with functional departments (credit, logistics, HR, maintenance, systems) to ensure efficient store operations.** * **Participate in defining and executing regional commercial strategies.** If you meet the requirements, apply today and join the COMEX family.
