Job Summary: Responsible for managing technical procurement of machinery, tools, and spare parts for operational and maintenance departments, ensuring quality and efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. We distinguish ourselves through innovation, quality, and commitment to our employees and customers. **Job Objective** To carry out necessary procurement activities to meet operational department requirements, ensuring optimal quality, price, and delivery time for machinery, tools, spare parts, and maintenance supplies. **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage procurement, receipt, and registration of tools, supplies, and other requirements for **Maintenance and Production Teams.** * Monitor and analyze maintenance expenditures across different departments. * Request and track quotations. * Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers. * **Procurement of machinery, tools, spare parts, and maintenance supplies.** * Technical research and comparison of equipment and machinery. * Negotiate with suppliers to obtain optimal quality and pricing. * Track purchase orders and invoicing. * Coordinate technical consultations and supplier site visits. * Inventory control and administration. * Supervise tool and material stock levels. * Address operational and maintenance department requirements. **Required Profile** * Industrial, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering, or related field. * **Experience in technical procurement or maintenance procurement.** * Knowledge of industrial machinery, electric and manual tools. * Basic knowledge of maintenance spare parts and materials. * Strong negotiation and supplier relationship skills. * Administrative organization and follow-up capabilities.
