Education: Industrial Engineering, Industrial and Systems Engineering, Process Engineering, or related field. Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. Responsibilities: * Development and monitoring of projects. * Analysis, mapping, and design of processes and data flows. * Design of technological solutions. * Management of performance indicators (KPIs). * Foundational knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing. Skills: * Analytical thinking and results-oriented approach. * Communication and cross-departmental collaboration. * Attitude focused on continuous improvement and problem solving. * Proficiency in Excel.
