We are looking for your talent to join our team as: **Payroll Specialist** **Work Location: Gómez Palacio** REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. * 3 years of experience **in payroll** * **Proficiency in IDSE and SUA is essential** WE OFFER: * Monthly income of $14,000 \- $16,000 gross, negotiable based on experience. * Base salary with 100% IMSS registration * Punctuality and attendance bonus of 10% * Grocery vouchers * Statutory benefits * Working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Client advisory services * Onboarding new clients into the payroll outsourcing service (payroll system configuration, payroll migrations) * Receiving payroll incidents, analyzing, and entering data into the payroll system * Processing weekly, biweekly, fee-based, and special payrolls (bonuses, profit sharing, annual bonuses, etc.) for companies across various industries * Calculation of severance and final settlements * Managing and analyzing various benefits such as cafeteria plans, grocery allowances, punctuality and attendance bonuses, commissions, savings funds, etc. (understanding their integration into salary and taxable portions for Income Tax) * Payroll payment management * Payroll invoice stamping * Calculation of variables for bimonthly SBC * Filing affiliation movements with IMSS, handling IDSE * Handling SUA * Management of Infonavit loan withholdings, reconciliations, downloading notices * Determination of payroll taxes * Fonacot discount control * Annual ISR adjustment Job Type: Full-time Salary: $14,000.00 \- $16,000.00 per month Application Questions: * What is the largest number of employees you have managed in a payroll? * Have you submitted affiliation reports through the IDSE portal?
