Main Responsibilities Advise customers on the various savings, investment, and insurance products and services offered by Banco Azteca, promoting cross-selling. Inform customers about the benefits and responsibilities associated with loans. Ensure proper implementation and execution of strategies for deposits, insurance, AFORE, and payroll accounts. Open deposit accounts with balances and grow customer balances. Stay updated and trained on the products and services we offer. Obtain certification as an AFORE Promoting Agent. "Cambaceo": promotion of products outside the point of sale. Make calls to place payroll and pensioner loans. Treat customers with respect and exceed their expectations to encourage repeat visits and referrals. Ideal Candidate Profile Strong communication skills. Enjoy interacting with customers. Experience in placing financial products and providing savings, investment, and insurance services. Knowledge of AFOREs. Goal and target oriented. Experience in field customer prospecting activities ("cambaceo"). Availability to work rotating shifts and weekends. Honesty in performing job duties.
