Position Summary:
Plan, coordinate, and monitor strategic and continuous improvement projects, ensuring their execution and supporting the new certification.

**Position Objective**
Plan, coordinate, and monitor strategic and continuous improvement projects, ensuring proper execution, adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards, as well as providing support for the new certification.
**Functions and Responsibilities**
* Coordinate the planning, execution, and closure of internal procedures at Metalpol.
* Define scope, objectives, schedules, and required resources.
* Develop and monitor compliance with KPIs and deliverables.
* Identify opportunities for improvement in internal processes.
* Implement continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.).
* Facilitate continuous improvement and problem-solving workshops.
* Translate current welding procedures and official documents, as well as similar documents from various departments.
* Prepare executive progress and results reports.
* Coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
* Ensure process documentation and standardization.
* Collaborate with general management, plant management, and quality management to define and execute activities necessary to achieve the new certification according to the applicable standard.
**Position Requirements**
**Academic Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Business Management, or related field.
* **Experience**
* 2–5 years in project management or continuous improvement.
* Experience implementing Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
* **Advanced English proficiency.**
**Technical Knowledge**
* Project management (PMI, Scrum, or agile methodologies).
* Continuous improvement (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen).
* Process analysis and mapping.
* KPI management and data analysis.
* Proficiency with tools such as Advanced Excel, Power BI, MS Project, or similar.
