Must correctly apply procedures, protocols, policies, and guidelines; safeguard company assets and ensure the safety and integrity of employees and visitors, strictly adhering to the company’s internal regulations and the Group’s Code of Ethics. Maintain control and surveillance over company access points and all visiting personnel entering or remaining on-site. 1. Responsible for controlling the entry and exit of employees and visitors, in strict compliance with current company procedures, guidelines, and policies. 2. Implement security measures at the main entrance and around the company’s perimeters. 3. Manage information related to transporters (raw materials, ingredients, packaging materials, indirect supplies, waste, and finished product shipments), both in records and files. 4. Review all visits to the company and appropriately route visitors to the relevant department or supervisor. 5. Apply controls to electronic and physical documents and forms. 6. Participate in integration events and labor philosophy activities organized by the company, as required. 7. Implement Organizational Culture, Training, Industrial Safety and Hygiene, Environmental Management, Quality and Food Safety Systems, and Asset Security Systems, as required. 8. Follow all instructions and directives issued by the Asset Security Coordinator. We offer: $10,640 base salary; increases to $11,200 gross monthly after the third month, fully compliant with statutory contributions. Life insurance and individual SGMM coverage during the first three months; upon becoming a permanent employee, additional benefits include food vouchers and a savings fund. Biweekly payroll. Rotating shifts: 24-hour shifts followed by 24 hours off, or 12-hour shifts.
