




**Location:** Durango, Mexico. **Full time:** Monday to Friday (occasionally Saturdays). **Bachelor's degree in:** Nutrition, Medical-Biological sciences, Food Engineering, Chemistry degree (QFB), Administration, Marketing. **English:** Intermediate. **Company:** Nestlé Nutrition. **Position Purpose:** * Ensure preference and recommendation of the supplement and multivitamin portfolio to healthcare professionals visited. * Provide scientific support, continuing medical education activities, and development of strategic plans within the assigned territory. * Fully manage the healthcare institutions under responsibility. **Main Responsibilities:** * Establish strong relationships with potential healthcare professionals for the brand, ensuring proper coverage and visit frequency with high-quality service. Generate recommendations of the portfolio through advisory based on deep scientific knowledge and attention to specific needs. * Fully manage private hospital institutions, engaging opinion leaders and decision makers to ensure availability and presence of the portfolio. * Deliver superior service based on proper planning that ensures satisfactory results in service indicators and market share. Develop and nurture potential healthcare professionals and institutions, keep contact database updated, and schedule work routes to optimize time and resources. * Verify product availability and turnover at suggested and potential sales points to ensure end users can obtain recommended Nestlé products. Train pharmacy staff and other business partners to ensure superior execution at the point of sale, promote compliance with the WHO Code, and provide appropriate consumer guidance in general medicine clinics. * Handle complaints from end consumers of supplements, either through personal visits, clarifying concerns, or channeling the issue to the appropriate department, aiming to build trust in products recommended by healthcare professionals. **Requirements:** * Graduates in Nutrition, Medical-Biological sciences, Food Engineering, Chemistry (QFB), Administration, Marketing. * Experience in sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry, two years or more, desirable in women's health. * Intermediate level in Excel. * Numerical agility. * Communication and presentation skills.
