**Pinturas Acuario del Norte**, a leading company in the sale and distribution of hardware products - paint, is seeking **Sales Agents** due to growth, for its team in the city of Durango. **Requirements:** * **Age:** 25+ * **Experience:** 1 – 2 years in sales * **Education:** Completed high school or incomplete university degree * **Essential Knowledge:** Excel (Basic – Intermediate), Client prospecting, Techniques for sales follow-up and closing, Customer service, Portfolio monitoring and support in collections. * **Desirable Knowledge:** Hardware industry, paint, construction materials, etc. * **Ability to drive a standard vehicle and possess a valid driver's license.** * *Personality:* Organized, proactive, good communication skills, responsible, committed, negotiator, planning-oriented, and passionate about sales and goal-based work. **Responsibilities:** * Visit, advise, and follow up with clients regarding products. * Achieve department sales objectives and targets. * Promote hardware, paint, and accessory products. * Plan, manage, and execute daily logistics for client visits. * Prospect new sales opportunities by identifying potential points to generate new clients. **We Offer:** * Base salary (10,000 to 13,000 MXN, subject to profile review) * Commission based on sales and achieved objectives * Grocery vouchers * Ongoing training * Standard legal benefits * Real growth opportunities * Excellent work environment * Monday to Saturday work schedule **Work Location:** Av.
