Job Summary:
We are seeking a Quality Engineer to manage customer requirements, analyze complaints, implement corrective actions, and promote continuous improvement in the automotive industry.
Key Highlights:
1. Experience with Core Tools: APQP, PFMEA, PPAP, SPC, and Control Plan.
2. Knowledge of IATF 16949:2016 and strong blueprint reading skills.
3. Leadership, proactivity, and intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Application of Core Tools: APQP, PFMEA, PPAP, SPC, and Control Plan.
* Interpretation of blueprints and geometric tolerances (GD\&T).
* Solid execution and administration of PPAP.
* Management of specific customer requirements and ensuring their effective implementation.
* Analysis of customer complaints to develop countermeasures and implement corrective actions.
* Promotion of continuous improvement and use of Lean tools during product planning.
* Release of quality stations.
* Development and implementation of quality controls for workstations (Pokayokes).
* Evaluation of prototype phases for deliverables.
* Development of PPAP documentation.
* Tracking and development of Safe Launch Plan.
* Release of visual aids.
EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:
* Completed degree in a related engineering field.
* Experience in the automotive industry (preferred).
* Knowledge of IATF 16949:2016\.
* Strong blueprint reading skills.
* Proficiency in Core Tools: APQP, PFMEA, PPAP, SPC, and Control Plan.
* Familiarity with specific requirements of KIA, Hyundai, and FORD.
* Intermediate\-advanced English level.
* Leadership and proactivity.

Salary: $22,000\.00 \- $25,000\.00 per month
