Develops organizational skills and attention to detail. **A leading pharmaceutical company** is currently seeking talent to join its team as: **ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT** **Location:** Northern Zone, Valle del Campestre Neighborhood, León, Gto. **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Experience in administrative tasks. * Basic Excel and document filing skills. * Organizational ability, attention to detail, and service-oriented attitude. * Availability for immediate incorporation. * Complete documentation. **Main Responsibilities:** * Review, control, and filing of administrative documentation. * Downloading and registering petty cash invoices in Excel for control and check preparation. * Annual integration and closure of employee files. * Control and registration of branch service receipts. * Contacting suppliers for stationery and tool orders. * Monitoring security camera status and follow-up with HR. * Supporting inventory and pharmaceutical product control. * Identifying areas for improvement in administrative processes. **We Offer:** * Biweekly gross salary of $4,740 * Statutory benefits from day one * Savings fund * Punctuality and attendance incentives * Growth opportunities Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $9,480.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Savings fund Workplace: On-site employment
