Job Summary: A prominent financial services company is seeking a Trainer to build and manage training programs, support OKR implementation and the onboarding program, and manage organizational events. Manage the onboarding program for administrative staff *Prominent financial services company is seeking:* **TRAINER** ***REQUIREMENTS:*** * Bachelor's degree in Psychology / Social Work / Human Resources / Related field * Experience managing groups * Age 25 to 50 * Gender: Unrestricted ***RESPONSIBILITIES*** * Design and manage various training and soft-skill/technical-skill development programs for the entire organization. * Support the implementation and execution of OKRs across the organization. * Design and manage the onboarding program, ensuring an exceptional initial experience for administrative staff. * Manage and secure training materials and venues for organizational-level training programs and workshops. * Contact and negotiate with specialized vendors for development and training programs and projects. * Collect metrics from programs and projects to identify next steps and consolidate employee training outcomes. * Consolidate and record the Training Department’s budget. * Support the planning and execution of various organizational-level events. * Manage training platforms and promote their use across the organization. * Compliance with NOM-035.
