At GP Seguros, we are seeking an Insurance Sales Assistant to provide customer service, generate insurance quotes, support policy issuance, and follow up with clients—ensuring friendly and accurate service. Key Responsibilities * Attend to customers visiting the store, as well as phone calls and social media messages. * Generate insurance quotes using internal insurer systems. * Issue policies, follow up on documents, renewals, and administrative procedures. * Record information, track prospects, and maintain an organized client portfolio. * Deliver an excellent customer experience through clear communication and courteous service. Requirements * 28 years of age or older. * Completed high school education (a bachelor’s degree is preferred). * Professional appearance and strong verbal communication skills. * Proficiency in computer use, internal systems, and digital tools. * Service-oriented attitude, responsibility, and strong organizational skills.
