Position Summary: We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to manage recruitment, selection, onboarding, contracts, personnel files, as well as employee hiring, termination, severance settlements, and payroll liquidations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of recruitment and personnel selection 2. Handling of employee onboarding, contracts, and personnel files 3. Knowledge of occupational safety and hygiene **HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR** * Company located in Gómez Palacio; no transportation issues; working hours Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM, and Saturdays 8 AM to 1 PM * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or related field * Recruitment and selection of personnel, onboarding, contracts, personnel files, hiring and termination, severance settlements, and payroll liquidations * Knowledge of occupational safety and hygiene * Base salary: $3,500–$4,500 weekly (pre-tax), plus statutory benefits and food vouchers Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $3,500.00–$4,500.00 per week Benefits: * Food vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
