




Ensure enrollment, certification, and credentialing processes by organizing, directing, and overseeing the formal registration of students in compliance with state and federal SEP regulations, according to the academic programs offered at the campus. * Academic background: Bachelor’s degree in pedagogy, education, and/or administration; postgraduate studies in the educational field preferred * Required experience: Minimum one year in educational management or administrative roles within an educational institution; familiarity with procedures before government education authorities; experience in academic records management * Skills and knowledge: Group management, leadership, experience with educational platforms, effective communication and collaborative work, management Responsibilities: * Authenticate admission documentation * Safeguard documentation * Generate official minutes * Manage student files * Conduct procedures before educational authorities * Issue certificates and credentials to students Required documentation: Updated curriculum vitae, proof of most recent academic degree completed Position type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $10,500.00 – $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Educational support * Option for indefinite-term contract * Life insurance Work location: On-site employment
