We are seeking a **General Accountant** with experience in general accounting and solid knowledge of taxation and tax regulations. If you are proactive and possess strong analytical and mathematical skills, **this opportunity is for you!** * Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting functions. * Proficiency in basic software packages, especially intermediate Excel. * **Job Responsibilities:** * **1\.\- Timely recording of accounting information** * **2\.\- Performing bank reconciliations** * **3\.\- Preparing provisional tax payments** * **4\.\- Submitting provisional tax payments to SAT** * **5\.\- Filing the DIOT (Taxpayer Information Return)** * **6\.\- Preparing financial statements** * **7\.\- Preparing monthly closings** * **8\.\- Authorizing expenses** * **9\.\- Requesting authorization for petty cash disbursements** * **10\.\- Preparing inventory reports** * **11\.\- Providing accounting support to assigned companies (3\)** Salary: $16,000\.00 \- $20,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Employee discounts * Company parking * Employee referral program * Medical expense insurance * On-site cafeteria service * Company-provided mobile phone Work Location: On-site employment
