





At Monchys, we are seeking a Treasury professional with strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and experience managing financial resources in dynamic environments, preferably within companies operating under a franchise or retail model. The objective of this role is to efficiently manage income and expenditures, ensure compliance with internal policies, and maintain proper cash availability for daily operations. **Responsibilities.** * Manage cash flow and weekly payment scheduling. * Process supplier payments and payroll via banking portals (BBVA and Banorte). * Control and safeguard bank tokens. * Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations. * Monitor income, discounts, and refunds for franchisees. * Prepare monthly financial reports. * Address franchisee inquiries and coordinate with accounts receivable. * Verify invoices, credit notes, and deposits. **Requirements.** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field. * 3 years of treasury experience (preferably in franchises or retail). * Proficiency in accounting software (MICROSIP desirable) and advanced Excel. * Experience using banking portals and executing payment disbursements. * Organized, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure, and effective communication skills. * Ethical conduct, confidentiality, and teamwork. **Employment Type.** * Full-time. * Work schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm / Saturdays from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm, fixed day off on Sundays.
