Manage resources and resolve technical/operational issues **CHC Group** **We are looking for:** **Operations and Construction Supervisor with Telecommunications Experience** **Requirements:** * **Completed Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree related to telecommunications.** * **Proven experience managing work crews or technical teams.** * **Minimum 2 years of experience in the field.** * **Personal computer equipment.** **Responsibilities:** * Lead technical teams: Assign tasks and supervise installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and networks. * Supervise installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunications equipment and networks, ensuring compliance with safety standards and service quality. * Manage resources: Efficiently administer material, human, and financial resources for operations. * Resolve problems: Identify and effectively resolve technical and operational issues. * Coordination and communication: Maintain effective communication and collaborate with other departments and stakeholders. **We Offer:** * All statutory benefits * Opportunity for growth * Night shift (8:00 PM to 8:00 AM) Salary: $17,000\.00 \- $20,000\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
