*At Pinturas Acuario del Norte, we are looking for* ***Store Supervisors*** *to join our team in Durango* *We are seeking someone with experience supervising stores to ensure their proper operational, commercial, and administrative functioning.* *The role involves constant visits to branches to review key processes (cash register closures, inventories, promotions, organization, cleanliness, and goal compliance).* *It also includes supporting staff, identifying needs, resolving incidents, and ensuring each store operates aligned with company standards.* \_ **Requirements:**\_ * *Technical degree or incomplete/completed bachelor's degree in related fields.* * *Minimum 2 years of experience as supervisor or coordinator in retail or similar.* * *Good knowledge of commercial indicators, inventory control, and administrative processes.* * *Skills in team leadership, problem-solving, and working under pressure with a sense of urgency.* * *Other key points: Availability to visit stores daily.
