




- **Generic Description (Responsibility):** Responsible for supervising the management of the work team in charge of processes and/or disciplines, as well as responsible for pre-planning activities, coordination, and implementation of pilot stages, model year changes, engineering changes, permits, improvements, and any change in the manufacturing process, while also ensuring compliance with the EOS, BIQ, engineering requirements, and departmental disciplines. **Required Competencies/Skills** Education: Industrial Engineering and/or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Systems, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing processes. Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Engineering area. Intermediate level English. Validate event registration in the change control system. Identify and generate event change descriptions. Ensure CR change requests are submitted. Coordinate events in change coordination meetings. Ensure approval and release of permits. Ensure review with multidisciplinary team on PFMEAs. Guarantee correct tools are available and installed. Ensure updated methods, work instructions, and visual controls. Ensure line and/or workstation release. Monitor activity completion to meet implementation and/or startup dates. Ensure change implementation and/or startup occurs on time and without issues. Guarantee customer requirements are met. Tracking of controls (changes, permits, update of control 18\). Validate and follow up on the control and administration of changes, permits, and/or improvements. Ensure attendance and participation in change and permit control meetings. Manage changes and/or permits for assigned codes. Ensure compliance with applicable documentation and information for changes and/or permits. Administer control 18 for engineering changes. Follow-up and compliance with EOS / BIQ systems. Follow up on audit processes. Ensure status of coordination, review, and documentation of implemented changes and/or improvements. Guarantee timely and complete response and delivery of information upon auditor and/or client request. Ensure availability of applicable information and documentation for changes and/or improvements. Ensure delivery of DPS and 5Whys for audit non-conformities. Validate corrective actions compliance for findings and non-conformities. Follow-up and compliance with safety rules, 5's. Promote and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations by personnel under supervision. Ensure 5S practices are implemented in work areas and stations. Train and promote compliance with ISO 14001 / 45001 requirements. Follow-up and compliance with Ergonomics. Ensure attendance and participation in ergonomic reviews with the ergonomics committee. Guarantee ergonomic assessments and studies are conducted for workstations due to design, changes, and/or improvements. Ensure ergonomic correlation objectives are met. Guarantee availability of pegboard and ergonomic design checklist. Compliance and Follow-up on PFMEAs, Customer Complaints, Reverse PFMEA, and Risk Reduction. Ensure compliance with change and/or improvement reviews during multidisciplinary PFMEA review meetings. Guarantee updates to PFD and PFMEA documents due to process changes and/or improvements. Validate updating and recording of corrective actions in the PFMEA document due to Quality customer complaints. Validate the responsible engineer’s participation in Reverse PFMEA reviews and document updates. Ensure review, update, and submission of documentation and information for PPAP submissions and customer requirements. Analysis of manpower routines and models. Validate and follow up on analysis of manpower routines and models. Ensure and guarantee correct piece-point payment and manpower model compliance. Management of activities for personnel under supervision. Evaluate the profile of personnel under supervision and identify strengths and weaknesses. Define and assign roles and tasks to personnel. Prepare personnel to achieve their activity objectives and train them for other roles and functions. Monitor completion of assigned tasks. Promote teamwork and support in task accomplishment.
