We are seeking an Educational Advisor focused on the Adult Market, who will be responsible for ensuring prospects become actual students, taking control of the sales process from initial contact through to closing, thereby securing established enrollment and revenue targets. **Key responsibilities of the position:** **Database Management**: Manage and keep prospect information updated in the CRM, aligned with the sales process (response times, conversion rates, lead sources, closures). **Customer Service**: Provide personalized attention to qualified adult market prospects, serving as the first point of contact to identify the most suitable option for their needs and successfully close the sale, addressing any customer concerns (objections). **Income Goal Achievement**: Ensure sales targets are met in a manner beneficial to both the customer and the company, adhering to enrollment policies and procedures.
