Job Description: At Casa Marmolejo, we are looking for a Barman passionate about mixology, with leadership, creativity, and a focus on delivering memorable experiences. You will be responsible for beverage preparation and excellent bar management. Responsibilities: * Prepare drinks according to standardized recipes and ensure their proper execution. * Design new cocktail proposals aligned with the identity of Casa Marmolejo. * Manage supplies, conduct inventory, and organize requisitions. * Supervise the setup and cleaning of the bar area. * Collaborate in special events and tastings. Requirements: * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barman. * Knowledge of classic and creative mixology. * Leadership, communication, and teamwork skills. * Proactive, creative, and responsible attitude. * Availability to work evening shifts and weekends. Desirable: * Certifications in mixology or customer service. * Experience in high-volume bars or restaurants with a strong culinary concept.
