Your primary objective will be to ensure attainment of established sales quotas, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and uphold Movistar brand quality standards. We seek a proactive individual with strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven mindset. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and manage sales team performance, providing ongoing coaching and feedback. * Set individual and team goals, and monitor progress toward achievement. * Ensure attainment of sales targets (quotas) and other key performance indicators (KPIs). * Guarantee proper implementation of Movistar’s commercial strategies and promotions. * Maintain up-to-date, in-depth knowledge of Movistar products, services, and plans. * Manage inventory and ensure correct product display at the point of sale. * Resolve customer incidents and complaints efficiently and professionally. * Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. * Participate in recruitment and training of new staff. * Prepare sales and performance reports for management. **Position Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Supervisor or in leadership roles within the Telecommunications (Mobile Telephony) retail sector. * Demonstrable experience managing and achieving sales quotas. * In-depth knowledge of the retail channel and its dynamics. * Results orientation and strong decision-making ability. * Excellent leadership, motivation, and team development skills. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Interpersonal communication and negotiation skills. * Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends. * Residency within the work area or easy commuting access. **Preferred Skills (Desirable):** * Familiarity with sales management systems and CRM platforms. * Training in Leadership, Sales, or related fields. * Experience with sales data analytics tools. **What We Offer:** * Direct employment contract with GRUPO BENBER. * Competitive salary aligned with experience and market standards. * Commissions and bonuses based on goal attainment. * Professional development and growth opportunities within a solid, expanding company. * Ongoing training on products and sales techniques. * A dynamic and challenging work environment.
