Position Summary: Monitor daily production results, quality, and target achievement, ensuring discipline and 5S implementation on the assigned line. Key Highlights: 1. Quality control and production target compliance **Objective:** Oversee daily performance of the assigned production line (quality, on-plan production compliance, scrap target tracking and compliance, 5S, and discipline) **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Proficiency in all types of seams: straight, curved, and symmetrical (sewing experience) * Leadership and conflict management skills. * Organizational skills. * Availability to work Shift B.
