Completed high school education with a focus on organization **Objective:** Daily oversight of assigned production line results (quality, adherence to planned production output, scrap target tracking and compliance, 5S, and discipline) **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Proficiency in all types of seams: straight, curved, and symmetry (sewing experience required) * Leadership and conflict resolution skills. * Organizational skills. * Availability to work Shift B.
