You will be responsible for advising customers on the purchase of melamine, hardware, and related materials, providing suitable solutions for carpentry, furniture, and interior design projects. **Responsibilities:** * Serve and advise customers in-store or via digital channels. * Promote and sell products such as melamine, panels, hardware, and carpentry accessories. * Prepare quotations and follow up on orders. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, dimensions, finishes, and applications. * Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions. * Achieve established sales targets. * Keep the workplace organized. **Requirements:** * Sales experience (preferably in carpentry materials, hardware, or construction). * Basic knowledge of melamine, hardware, and furniture materials (preferred). * Strong communication skills and customer service orientation. * Proactive, results-driven attitude. * Basic computer skills for preparing quotations. * Minimum education: junior high school or high school. **We Offer:** * Base salary. * Product training. * Growth opportunity. * Positive work environment.
