




* Minimum requirement: University degree in Accounting. * Minimum 3 years of experience. Responsibilities: * Perform payroll calculation and recording * Provide employee support and clarifications regarding incidents or payments. * Preparation and calculation of severance payments * Management of SUA and IDSE systems * Annual processes: Christmas bonus, Profit Sharing, Savings Fund * Calculation, review, and monthly/bimonthly submission of IMSS/INFONAVIT employer-employee contributions * Perform accurate bank and accounting reconciliations. * Prepare and submit tax filings timely and correctly. * Supervise and manage account transactions and accounting records. * Participate in the preparation of the company's monthly and annual closing procedures. * Analyze balance sheet account reviews * Review accounting entries * Record fixed expenses * Perform accounting accruals Working hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm and Saturdays from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm Job type: Full-time Salary: $2,600.00 - $3,000.00 per week Work location: On-site position
