





**Education:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or related field. **Experience:** * 2 years in Human Resources **Responsibilities:** * Conduct needs assessment and develop strategies to strengthen Human Resources processes within the company * Establish guidelines and regulatory and labor framework to support robust Human Capital processes in the organization * Act as a change agent in the company's organizational processes * Implement KPIs to define improvement paths in the intervention plan * Implementation of Performance Evaluations **Skills:** * Knowledge of Federal Labor Law (LFT), Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS), STPS, and Labor Reforms * Knowledge of labor legislation and general regulations * Analysis and implementation of KPIs * Knowledge of recruitment, selection, and talent acquisition strategies * Strategic planning and human capital management * Intermediate Office skills (pivot tables, data analysis) * Proficiency in Performance Evaluations Job type: Full-time Work location: On-site
