**Purpose of the Position** Develop, manage, and strengthen resource mobilization and physician recruitment strategies—targeting both specialist and general physicians—through commercial activities, institutional partnerships, and strategic relationships to expand medical offerings and ensure the sustainability of the Red Cross’s humanitarian programs and services. **Technical Knowledge** * Sales techniques, negotiation, and closing skills. * Donor retention. * Healthcare marketing and service promotion. * Specialized recruitment (specialist physicians). * Development of value propositions and commercial presentations. **Key Responsibilities** * Identify and recruit corporate donors, partners, and sponsors. * Develop strategies to increase financial and in-kind resources. * Maintain and strengthen relationships with companies, institutions, and benefactors. * Plan and execute fundraising campaigns, events, and collections. * Prepare commercial proposals and impact reports. * Identify general and specialist physicians for integration into the Red Cross. * Promote the institution’s collaboration services and benefits.
