HR COORDINATOR — NEWLY CREATED POSITION Logistics and Freight Transportation Company Durango, Dgo. \| Full-time \| $18,000 net monthly JOB DESCRIPTION A national logistics and freight transportation company (head office in Durango, Dgo.) is seeking an HR Coordinator for a newly created position. The candidate will be fully responsible for structuring and managing the HR department for a workforce of 150 employees. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES \- Recruitment, selection, and hiring of personnel \- Employee onboarding and orientation process \- Payroll administration and compliance with IMSS/INFONAVIT regulations \- Drafting and management of employment contracts (Federal Labor Law) \- Development of HR policies and internal work regulations \- Identification of training needs and coordination of training programs \- Handling labor relations and disciplinary incidents \- Organizational climate assessment and improvement initiatives \- Reporting HR metrics to General Management REQUIREMENTS \- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field (degree certified) \- Minimum 5 years of generalist HR experience \- Solid knowledge of the Federal Labor Law \- Experience managing payroll and filing procedures with IMSS/INFONAVIT/SAT \- Experience in operational and administrative recruitment \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (intermediate-to-advanced Excel) \- Willingness to reside in or relocate to Durango, Dgo. \- Proactive profile with strong capacity for autonomous work EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS \- Salary: $18,000 net monthly \- Full statutory benefits (IMSS, vacation, year-end bonus, profit-sharing) \- Working hours: Monday to Friday, full-time \- Work modality: On-site — Durango, Dgo. \- Contract type: Indefinite-term If you meet the above qualifications and are ready to build an HR department from the ground up, this opportunity is for you!
