Monitor and manage the supply of products and supplies necessary for sales. Develop operational plans aimed at boosting sales. Develop human talent through processes that help them acquire the skills and knowledge to perform their duties. Ensure execution of customer service protocols to improve the customer experience. Ensure optimal conditions of equipment and facility areas to guarantee safety for staff and customers. Supervise the proper functioning, conditions, and appearance of their stations. Coordinate with support departments involved in stations to resolve incidents when applicable. Ensure proper communication of relevant information and decisions to their stations. Ensure compliance with regulations before authorities. Ensure 24-hour station operation. Supervision of station cleaning. Reporting of station failures and incidents. Train employees on processes. Random cash audits. Adjust staffing schedules according to needs or rotation. Handle customer complaints. Review attendance lists and time clocks. Monitor fuel inventory levels and ensure replenishment. Ensure collection and transfer of assets. Review and approve work shifts and rest days according to available staffing. End-of-month inventory closings.
