Personnel and Payroll Administration** * Manage hires, terminations, and changes in the IDSE system. * Coordinate payroll processing, vacations, and absences. * Keep employee records up to date. * Monitor compliance with schedules and permissions. * Prepare termination settlements and severance payments. **3\. Labor Relations and Legal Compliance** * Ensure compliance with current labor legislation. * Act as liaison between employees and management in case of conflicts. **4\.
