Location: Durango, Durango. **Job Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Economics, or related field * Intermediate English * Advanced Excel proficiency (macros, formulas, pivot tables) * Interpretation of customer orders * 4–6 years of experience in final assembly planning Main Responsibilities * Lead the development of strategic and operational plans * Define and monitor organizational KPIs * Coordinate involved departments to achieve goals * Analyze information to support strategic decision-making * Identify deviations and establish action plans * Supervise the planning team * Present executive reports to management * Drive continuous improvement projects * Optimize processes and resource utilization **Technical Knowledge** * Strategic and operational planning * Data analysis and decision-making * Advanced Excel * KPIs and dashboards * ERP systems (SAP, Oracle or similar) * Lean / Six Sigma methodologies (preferred) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $28,000.00 – $30,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Discounted cafeteria service * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Application Question(s): * What is your level of Excel proficiency?
