Responsibilities: * Support the month\-end closing process and assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and operational reports. * Prepare, analyze, and reconcile assigned general accounts. * Prepare monthly reports, forecasts, and support the annual budget and business plan process. * Review and analyze labor reports, material costs, manufacturing overhead, reporting variances to the Finance Manager. * Support compliance with internal controls and assist in audits and internal reviews. * Assist in coordinating and performing plant physical inventories. * Identify potential accounting or operational risks and escalate them appropriately. * Support cost reduction initiatives and cross\-functional projects as assigned. * Review spending and documentation to ensure compliance with company policies before approval. Job requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related. * Intermediate to advanced English. * 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting and finance roles. * Experience in a manufacturing or maquiladora environment preferred. * Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. * Ability to follow instructions, take ownership of assigned tasks, and meet deadlines.
