Grupo Capistrano is looking for our new Self-Service Store Supervisor in Durango MANDATORY AND RECENT EXPERIENCE IN THIS FIELD Completed Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field ***Must reside in Monterrey, as knowledge of the area and surrounding regions is required*** DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THIS EXPERIENCE * Supervising self-service stores in the DELI department, both local and out-of-town locations. * Negotiating orders at store level. * Managing Retail Systems used by various chains (Retail Link, Promonet, TimeTracker, Telson, etc.). * Hiring and training in-store promoters. * Managing work teams of at least 30 employees. * Managing debit memos. * Proactive and facilitative leader. * Availability to work Monday through Saturday on a full-time basis.
