POSITION: **BRANCH MANAGER** In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and managing the store module, as well as achieving your own sales targets, ensuring an efficient and productive work environment. Responsibilities: * Achieve personal productivity, module productivity, and quality indicators. * Module opening and closing, tablet control, card inventory, indicators. * Reporting, announcements, tracking absences, vacations. * Monitoring indicators, training cashiers, POP materials. * Selection and training of new hires. Your leadership and management skills will be key to maintaining high standards of quality and customer service. You must be able to motivate and guide your team, ensuring all objectives are effectively met. Additionally, you will be the primary point of contact for any issues or concerns arising in the module under your supervision.
