**Job Objective** Lead, coordinate and supervise the overall operation of the Boutique Hotel & SPA, ensuring business profitability, excellence in guest service, brand positioning, and compliance with quality, financial and legal standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Plan, organize and supervise the hotel’s and SPA’s daily operations. * Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction through personalized experiences and excellent service. * Manage the budget, control costs and ensure hotel profitability. * Develop and implement commercial, sales and marketing strategies. * Monitor key performance indicators (occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, costs, satisfaction). * Coordinate and lead department heads. * Ensure compliance with legal, health and safety regulations (e.g., “Distintivo H”, Civil Protection, etc.). * Manage recruitment, training, evaluation and staff development. * Maintain strategic relationships with suppliers, agencies, authorities and business partners. * Ensure proper maintenance of hotel facilities and assets. * Represent the hotel before VIP guests, events and strategic alliances. **Job Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration, Tourism, Business Administration or related field. * Master’s degree in Hotel Management or Business Management preferred. * Minimum **5 years** of experience as General Manager or Assistant General Manager in a boutique hotel, luxury hotel or resort. * Proven experience in SPA operations. * Proficiency in hotel systems (PMS, channel manager, revenue management). * Advanced English. * Flexible schedule availability and strong results orientation. **Competencies and Skills** * Strategic leadership and decision-making. * Strong service orientation and attention to detail. * Analytical ability and financial focus. * Negotiation and communication skills. * Management of multidisciplinary teams. * Strategic planning and business vision. * Crisis management and problem-solving. * Innovation and guest experience focus. **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)** * Occupancy rate and profitability. * Guest satisfaction (reviews and surveys). * Cost and budget control. * Staff turnover.
