




**BRANCH MANAGER** (financial, field route) Required experience in the industry **MINIMUM 3 YEARS** Responsibilities: PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT \- Knowledge or proficiency in Microsoft Office suite · Meet credit placement targets. Portfolio recovery. · Develop strategies to achieve assigned sales goals. · Implement, model, and provide feedback on the sales methodology—both company-wide and team-specific. · Develop and attract new portfolio. · Build a sales force by recruiting productive and high-performing advisors. · Monitor performance through sales controls and reports. · Monitor and comply with credit guidelines and policies. · 80% field work and 20% on-site work. **Proven experience in:** · Client negotiation. · Recovery of overdue portfolio. **Requirements:** · Completed or incomplete degree. **· Must have proven experience selling credits; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office required.** · Valid driver’s license / ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles. · No issues working on-site at the branch and no transportation constraints, as 80% of the job is field-based.
