REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in a related field. Age: between 25 and 45 years old. Flexible availability of working hours. Valid driver’s license. Minimum one year of experience supervising branches. **Supervisor responsibilities:** - Responsible for ensuring the proper operation of branches. - Opening and closing of the business unit. - Handling of cash and valuables. - Store operations (cleaning, restocking, product placement, and signage). - Visiting branches to audit the 5S standards. - Monthly inventory. - Staff performance follow-up. - Staff training. - Onboarding follow-up for new employees. - Conflict resolution. - Sales tracking and budget performance review. - Shrinkage control. - Ensuring branches are fully operational and presentable to customers—both sales floor and backroom/warehouse.
