




**Branch Manager** **Position Objective:** Support the comprehensive management of the branch, ensuring its optimal operational, commercial, and administrative performance. Supervise staff, coordinate sales strategies, control inventory and shrinkage, and ensure effective execution of commercial and promotional plans, aiming to maximize profitability and achieve organizational goals. **Functions and Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with internal policies. * Participate in the planning and execution of short- and long-term commercial strategies. * Monitor and analyze performance indicators (sales, inventory, product turnover, shrinkage, etc.) to implement continuous improvements. * Lead and motivate the team, ensuring a positive work environment focused on goal achievement. * Supervise inventory control and management, ensuring proper product rotation and reduction of shrinkage. * Design, develop product displays and marketing strategies to increase product and brand visibility. * Coordinate and execute promotional events, ensuring proper implementation and evaluation of results. * Prepare monthly reports on sales, operational performance, and activities conducted, including analysis and improvement proposals. * Develop and implement programs that contribute to increased sales, improved customer service, and operational efficiency. **Candidate Profile:** **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or related field. **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years in similar roles within the commercial sector, preferably with experience in retail, department stores, or supermarkets. **Technical Skills:** * Inventory management * Shrinkage control * Sales and marketing strategies * Reporting and analysis of commercial indicators * In-store displays and promotions **Key Competencies:** * Leadership and team management * Analytical thinking and numerical ability * Results orientation * Proactivity and initiative * Organization and planning * Effective communication * Ability to work under pressure and toward targets Job type: Full-time Salary: $13,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund Work Location: On-site
